#FabricFriday: Rain, Floods, and Giving Tuesday ♥
Our hearts go out to all of those affected by recent storms, and our hope is that everyone is safe and cared for.
Having lived through the Calgary flood of 2013, I understand a bit of the feeling of loss and devastation that come with these tragic events.
As a result, from midnight this morning until 23:59 on Giving Tuesday November 30, $1 from every mask sold will be donated to the British Columbia Floods & Extreme Weather Appeal.
Today's masks are dedicated to the brave and often invisible heroes in the aftermath of the flood: rescuers who saved the lives of those trapped in mudslides, neighbours wading through freezing water to rescue animals, and all those who have taken in refugees.
Rainfall by Day and Snowfall by Night are available now in adult and XL.
Thank you for your caring, and please stay safe.
PS. I have received a number of reports from customers across the country that orders are arriving normally. While Canada Post continues to warn of delays, the real-time reports from Burnaby to St. John's and everywhere in between appear pretty typical (5-7 days for lettermail). I will continue to post updates to our blog as I receive them.
